Returns

Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened, consumed, or tampered with.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product was delivered damaged.

  • The incorrect product was supplied.

  • The product is defective or unfit for consumption.

  • The product is still sealed and in its original packaging.

Reporting an Issue

Any issues with an order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund may be issued to your original method of payment or a replacement product may be provided at our discretion.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products that have been opened or partially consumed.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

  • Orders where incorrect delivery information was provided by the customer.
